Usually we are away for Easter, but this year we were home, so to Grandmother’s house we went. Dinner was delicious, as usual. Grandma’s cooking is always the best cooking. We ate lamb and ham, mashed potatoes and fried potatoes, corn with mushrooms, green beans with almonds, carrots with butter, brussel sprouts with bacon, and warm rolls. Yum! We don’t need to eat for the rest of the week.
Then, of course came dessert. My daughter Shannon made this adorable cake.
We found it on Pinterest. We love Pinteres! Here’s the link to the recipe: http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/bunny-butt-cake/09cd82c8-ada0-4de7-bd85-2cd60ef67b7f. Not only is it adorable, it is quite yummy too.
I hope everyone had a wonderful time with family and friends for Easter and Passover. I am filled with gratitude for the abundant amount of food and drink, family and friends, and CHOCOLATE that we have been blessed with.
Have a wonderful Monday!
